v7.0.0.* – Maintenance Releases

Due to the enormous size of the version 7.0 release, we are releasing weekly maintenance releases to both enhance functionality, add new functionality and fix any issues that might arise.

v7.0.0.15 – 26 October 2026

Improvements

  • 005294: Signature drawn on a form activity can now be used as a field during mail merge in a Generate Document activity.
  • AI can now be used to build visual reports (i.e. training attendance registers, certificates, etc.). An AI Chat component was also developed for back-and-forth assistance in designing reports and BI Dashboards.
  • 005314: Created a maximize button on the Generate Document activity page so that the generated document can be viewed full screen.

Fixes

  • 005312: If a workflow was in blocked state due to bad configuration, starting the activity after fixing the configuration did not remove the “blocked state” message.
  • Fixed a calculation issue on performance reviews for a specific configuration.
  • 005317: Fixed an issue where Main Reviewers and PMS Administrators were not able to cancel entire review processes even with the security roles to do so.

v7.0.0.14 – 19 October 2026

Improvements

  • Licensing can now be renewed via email (for clients without internet access). An email can be sent to our licensing mailbox and our server will send a renewed access key back instantly.
  • AI Integration for Custom Data Sources and BI Dashboards. Tell the AI what to put on the report and load a sample of the report and the AI will design the BI dashboard and its data sources. It does this without sending any personal or actual data to the AI.
  • Adjusted AI credit usage / calculation by taking caching into account (only became applicable with the introduction of AI chat on the BI Dashboards integration).

Fixes

  • 005290: Fixed an error when opening a Recipient Group
  • 005292: Fixed an issue where the default value for a field in the import template wasn’t saved when the field was not mapped to a field in the import source (which in turn led to ticket 005296).
  • 005296: Fixed issue where employee loaded in workflow couldn’t be imported without an employee number.
  • 005298: Fixed an intermittent error when opening a specific workflow template under specific conditions.
  • 005299: Fixed the Upload & Save Files button on the Batch Compliance Uploader.
  • 005303: The change log is now viewable on a workflow template in the editor.
  • 005306: On the form designer, when only resizing a question and saving, the changes didn’t take effect without changing something else on the form as well.
  • 005307: Fixed an issue where the Target Person selection for a sub-workflow wasn’t properly enforced.
  • 005308: Fixed an issue when importing an employee from a workflow.

v7.0.0.13 – 12 October 2026

Fixes

  • 005287: Error occurred when creating a new Form in the library that wasn’t embedded in something else like a Workflow Activity.
  • 005282: Error when filtering on the Date Column when browsing workflows online.
  • 005280: Selecting an employee on a form was still showing that validation has failed when the field was marked as “required”.
