How do I reset my password?

In the HR Manage Windows application, on the login screen, click the Help / Assist button in the top-left corner of the window and click Recover / Reset Login.  This will open the “Login Recovery Form” that will assist you further.  For more details, see Logging In.

On the web portal, on the login screen, click on the Forgot Password button under the “Account Registration & Recovery” section.

How can I log in with my Active Directory account?

In order to login with your AD account, HR Manage must be configured to integrate with your company’s Active Directory and you must link your HR Manage account to your AD account.

To link your accounts together, in the Windows application, on the Login screen, simply select the Link to Active Directory checkbox and enter your AD username and password and click the Authenticate button.  If successful, then proceed to log into HR Manage with your HR Manage account.  Your AD account is now linked and you can from now on, login with your AD account.

Who can I contact for support?

Your first point of contact will be your HR Manage system administrator.  To find the list of Administrators, you can do the following:

  • In the HR Manage Windows application, on the login screen, click on the Help / Support button in the top-left corner and click on the Recover / Reset Login item.  Now click on the 3rd button, Contact an Administrator, to see a list of all available administrators.
  • On the web portal, after logging in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the HR Manage Online link in the footer of the page.  If you visit this page without logging in, you will still see the list of administrators, but no phone numbers or email addresses will be visible.

The system administrator, if they are unable to resolve the issue, will contact us on support @ peopleres.co.za and provide us with the required information to assist further.
