Workflows
- For the Generate Document activity, it is now possible to specify form entries that are specifically linked to an activity instead of just looking for a form entry in a workflow. This allows the same form template to be reused within the same workflow while being able to include fields from the various activities that use the same form template, on the generated document.
Document Signing
- Fixed the Cancelled status so that it will be visible even though sign request has not been uploaded yet.
- Fixed an error that occurred when refreshing the UI after cancelling a Sign Request.
- Added a button on the Sign Request Editor for resending the email notification.
- Fixed the “Reply To” email address when sending notifications from the document portal. The reply to email defaulted to the recipient’s email address instead of the originator.
- Fixed the details for the default email account used for sending notifications and updated internal error logging.
e-Learning Integration
- LearnTech
- Made an adjustment to communication to LearnTech APIs after they’ve upgraded and released new APIs for HR Manage.
- HR Manage can now send more information about the learners to the Phoenix LMS.
- On the External System Editor, Administrators can now map custom fields on LearnTech with fields in HR Manage. Those fields will be saved to the Phoenix LMS when registering / updating learners.
