• Core
  • Upgraded the rest of our 3rd party components.
  • Fixed an issue for QA & Training environments where HR Manage attempted to download the live client configuration file.
  • Made an adjustment to the Server Configuration utility to allow the service description to be stored (when installing the HR Manage Service) and enable Delayed Start for the HR Manage Core service.
  • #004002:  Fixed an issue when performing a leave run for the first time (new clients).
  • Fixed an issue where a position would appear duplicate in the library when the parent position was filled by another person.
  • Added additional security validations for logging in with Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Added support for logging in with Google OAuth2.
• Importing
  • #003992:  Made an adjustment on the Import Configuration Wizard for Payspace to include terminated people.
  • #004013:  On the Import Template editor, we’ve added a new “Source” field in the column mappings tab to handle instances where the same field exists across multiple sources.
• Performance Reviews
  • #004016:  Comment textboxes (for overall comments) will now resize as you type in them.
  • #004015:  Added a floating Save button so users can save their progress as they work on large / long reviews to avoid timeout / logout issues.
• Workflows
  • The attachments loaded on a workflow’s internal Compliance Data can now be viewed from the Overview tab.
  • #004018:  On the form designer, we made all the fields available to be added for “Field from Record” entries.
• Training
  • Upgraded the Batch Training Updater to the new platform and it now supports updating custom fields in a batch.
  • Upgraded the Training Event Editor and Training Record Editor to use new editing controls.
• Job Profiling
  • #004009:  When creating a new job title, the Job Grade and OFO Code had incorrect default values specified.
• Integration
  • Added integration for Cognito Forms.
  • Fixed a couple of issues on the External Form Editor (under Workflow Module Configuration) and created an online help article for it.
  • External Form Submission editor now has a shortcut to display the completed form as a Pdf (as received from Cognito Forms).  Also added 3 subject fields that can be displayed as listing columns or filter fields (content source to be configured in the External Form editor).

Document Signing Portal

• Upgraded our 3rd party components which fixes a critical bug.
• When opening a link from a sign request, a default page will now be displayed consisting of the Sender of the request, subject, the list of documents, consent for electronic signatures checkbox and a “Get Started” button.  Clicking the button will either start the authentication process or open the document for signing (if authentication is disabled).
• When signing a signature field, the user will now need to click every signature field to populate it with a signature (instead of all signatures being filled after signing the first signature).
• The audit log will now reflect if authentication is disabled.
• Each document will now have a json audit log embedded as an attachment for each person who signed the document.  The audit log contains information about the document, role, signer and which fields were editable at the time of signing.
• Email notifications have now been standardised to a standard formal layout.
• The “Document Completed” email notification will show an overview of the process, who signed and when.
