HR Manage – Artificial Intelligence (AI) Feature Disclaimer

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) features within HR Manage are provided to assist users with tasks such as document classification, data extraction, analysis and other automated processes. These features rely on third-party AI technologies and automated processing. By enabling or using AI features within HR Manage, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

AI Output May Be Inaccurate

AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, omissions or misinterpretations. While HR Manage attempts to provide useful automated assistance, AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always reflect correct or complete information.

User Responsibility for AI Output

Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving any information generated by AI before relying on it for operational, administrative, compliance, legal, financial or employment-related decisions.

    AI results must always be treated as assistance only and not as authoritative or final information.

    No Professional Advice

    AI-generated outputs do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, HR or professional advice. Users should seek appropriate professional guidance where necessary.

    Limitation of Liability

    People Resolutions (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damages, claims or consequences arising from:

      • reliance on AI-generated outputs,
      • inaccuracies or omissions in AI results,
      • automated document classification or data extraction errors,
      • decisions made based on AI-assisted processing.

      All AI-generated information must be independently verified by the user before use.

      Third-Party Technology

      Certain AI features may rely on third-party AI service providers. While reasonable measures are taken to ensure reliability and security, People Resolutions (Pty) Ltd does not control the behaviour or output of these external AI systems.

      Cost and Resource Usage

      Making use of AI features cost “AI Credits” which are consumed based on the AI model used and the amount of data processed. Users should be aware of potential costs associated with AI usage and monitor their AI Credit balance accordingly.
      AI Credits are provided on a prepaid basis and are non-refundable. AI Credits can be purchased from People Resolutions in batches of 1,000 which will be loaded against the client account. AI requests may be rejected if the client has insufficient credits available. Credits are loaded for the client and any user with access to the AI security roles can make use of them. Logs can be provided on request.

      Acceptance

      By enabling or using AI features in HR Manage, you confirm that:

        • you understand the limitations of AI-generated outputs,
        • you will review and verify AI results before relying on them,
        • you accept responsibility for decisions made using AI-assisted information,
        • understand that AI Credits are purchased on a prepaid basis and transaction costs are based on the complexity and size of AI requests.

        You must agree with these terms in order to use the AI features within HR Manage.
