Core / General

  • Upgraded 3rd party components
  • Upgraded our message boxes to the new platform so that the new themed controls are being used.
  • Upgraded the Lookup Item Editor to the new platform.
  • Exporting to Excel
    • Fixed an error that occurred when attempting to export multiple sheets to an Excel workbook.
  • Leave
    • Fixed an error that occurred when automatically downloading public holidays from certain countries (i.e. Netherland).
  • Published Documents
    • Folder Editor has been upgraded to the new platform with some security improvements and online help.

Compliance

  • Made an adjustment to Requirement Groups and Compliance. In the Employee Compliance, requirement types marked as “For Companies” will be hidden. Likewise on the External Company Editor’s Compliance tab, requirement types marked as “For People” will be hidden.
  • Fixed an issue on the External Company Editor where the Requirement Group selected (for contractors linked to the company), was included as requirements that the company needed to meet.

Training

  • Fixed an issue where the End Dates weren’t being calculated correctly based on the duration defined in the intervention library.
  • Upgraded the New Training Wizard by replacing the last couple of legacy controls.
  • Upgraded the Venue Editor to the new platform and added online help.
  • Certification
    • Upgraded the Certificate Editor to the new platform and added online help article.
  • Attachments can now be assigned to Categories.
  • Fixed an error in the batch updater when updating training records where the cost is controlled by their event.

Workflows

  • Upgraded the Incident Editor to the new platform (Incident Reporting)
  • Upgraded the Survey activity so that you can specify which categories can generate the reports for the survey.

New Module: Asset Register

  • This version includes the first draft of our Asset Register that is for now available on the HR Manage Windows application.
  • Assets can be managed and assignments tracked and the reporting platform is enabled for the Asset Register.
  • Workflow integration coming soon.
